It’s well known far afield that the Tuesday nights’ handicraft market in St Martin is not to be missed, by tourists and is also a great treat for islanders.
DATES : from January, the 18th, 2011 to April, 2011.
TIMETABLES : from 6pm to 10.30pm.
ENTERTAINMENT : live music, dancers, carnival, artists …
TRADERS : no less than 60 exhibitions stands, 20 boutics, a dozen local artists represented, craftsman …
RESTAURANTS : fifty local and gastronomic restaurants.

SAFETY : Every Tuesday evening, 13 security guards will be keeping watch, insuring your safety and controlling traffic in partnership with local police force and fire fighters.

We’re glad that Tuesday nights in
Grand Case are back, starting from Tuesday 19 January for at least 12 weeks. Boulevard de Grand Case becomes pedestrian from 6PM-10PM and hosts the biggest handicraft market on the island, plus a wide range of street entertainment: live music, dancers, carnaval, artists.. There are no less than 60 exhibition stands, 40 restaurants, 20 boutiques and a dozen local artists who participate every Tuesday evening for a period of at least 3 months. The event is organized every year by Calypso Events team who offer their services to restaurant owners, hotels, shop keepers, exhibitors and friends of Grand Case. We’re preparing flyers and posters which will soon be given out to you so that you may inform your clients of this major event during the touristic season. In addition, and aware of the safety issue, we’ve added extra lighting and security all along Grand Case Boulevard and around parking areas. We’ve also foreseen an area to welcome coaches or hotel shuttles in the best conditions possible. Don’t hesitate to get back to us if you need our supervision in welcoming them.
